Shannon grew up in Michigan City, Indiana, where he started on the supply side of construction with 84 Lumber. Shannon has been a Construction Manager/Project Manager for both new home construction and remodeling for close to 25 years.

Shannon played basketball at Valparaiso University and is married with 4 children. In his spare time, Shannon enjoys all manner of outdoor and athletic pursuits, with a special place in his heart for coaching his kid’s sports.
