Jose was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Puerto Rico. He has been a Floridian since 2001.

Jose started as a maintenance technician in the hospitality industry and worked diligently up to property management, going through the ranks from tech to assistant supervisor, maintenance supervisor and then to project manager. He has won Project Manager of the Year awards in 2015-2016 and 2-years consecutive Shop of the Year awards as well.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his boys playing and coaching football, basketball, and baseball. Jose enjoys the outdoors and a little bit of the nightlife.
