Gary Mettie and his crew did helping us get back to “normal” after the flooding problem at our house.  We have had a few projects in the 30+ years we have lived in this house, and this experience has been the most positive in all of those years.  They were so professional, helpful, efficient, and kind.  We have dealt with companies that never cleaned up after “finishing” the job, and some who just did not complete the job.  This was not the case working with Gary and Allied personnel. They were very efficient, went right to work, cleaned up the debris, ensured that the room was dried out, and genuinely seemed to care about the status of the progress restoring our room, bathroom, and closets.  They really helped to lessen the degree of this stressful situation. Hi Scott: I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate all of your help with the water issue that occurred in my condo (thanks to unit next door) and the repairs needed.
To give you some background, I was especially concerned because it wasn't possible for me to get down to FL from MI to monitor the work that was being done.

I decided to totally rely on Cypress insurance company and their recommendation to use Allied.

From that decision, I then had to rely on the Allied rep assigned to the claim. Unsure fingers crossed at this point.

But it turned out I did not have to be concerned.

You were great in providing recommendations; answering my questions; telling me I should have a lot of confidence in the job that Allied's painter Jerry would do (who needs a messy paint job that needs a redo), and communicating the status with me along the way.

By the time the job was close to being done, my brother-in-law was in FL and was able to let me know that every detail was taken care of, and confirmed that Jerry does excellent work. He sent me many pictures and I have to agree, along with some others in FL who have seen the work.

Again, thanks Scott for taking care of all this with such a positive result.
